We often hear complaints about other solicitors and the way in which they charge especially for complex work. At Simon Burn Solicitors we take a proactive approach to costs.
- We will be happy to provide a fixed fee no obligation review to see if you would like to work with us and identify what we can do to help;
- The actual costs that will be incurred with us depend upon what we are asked to do;
- We will agree budgets with you in advance before any work is undertaken. This way there are no “nasty surprises”.
- Whilst our costs are charged on a time basis, we have extensive experience and expertise which means we can get to grips with the case quickly. We are also based outside of London with no overheads and are therefore able to pass overhead savings on to you.
